Due to the hygienic nature of hair care products, FORGE maintains a strict return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and sealed

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Opened, used, or tampered products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FORGE is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
